Luxury from beginning to end Positive: The property is beautifully spacious and one of the best locations possible - walking distance from Dubai Mall and beside the Burj Khalifa. We could watch the fountain show right from the balcony, beating the crowds and creating some very special memories. The beds are so comfortable, we got the best nights sleep possible. The interior design is really second to none and our stay just felt like five star luxury from beginning to end. We were provided lots of information before we arrived that made checking in incredibly easy and efficient. There was always someone on hand with reliable information and Adam was so welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact we really wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional – Unbeatable Burj Khalifa & Fountain View Positive: Amazing stay in this beautiful Downtown apartment on Operate Grand. The location is perfect — very central and a few minutes easy walk to Dubai Mall, yet the apartment itself is quiet and relaxing. The view is absolutely unreal: full Burj Khalifa view and you can enjoy the full Fountain SHOW directly from your own balcony and even from the bedrooms — it felt so special every evening. The interior is modern, elegant, stylish and genuinely 5-star standard, spotless and very well set up. The beds are very comfortable to our like. A big thank you to Adam, who was super welcoming, friendly, and always quick to respond and help. Highly recommended — we would definitely 100% stay again! Negative: We all wished we could have stayed a bit longer, but unfortunately, due to our schedule, we weren’t able to extend our stay.

Genuine 5 star Pe nthouse experience Positive: Wow. This was my first time in Dubai and I was a little apprehensive. But Adam made we very welcome, responded to my messages promptly and helpfully, and made some great suggestions for my brief stay. The location was excellent and allowed me to enjoy the full Burj Khalifa and fountain show from my balcony. 5 star location. I felt like I was in a classy 5 star hotel with the interior design too. Felt like I was a VIP. Negative: That I was only scheduled to stay for one night. Can't wait to return.
