Still Chasing My Deposit Months Later Negative: We stayed here in June, and I am still waiting for my AED 1,000 deposit to be refunded. Every time I manage to get a response, I’m told that the refund has been processed, yet to this day I still haven’t received anything. Communication has also been extremely frustrating. I have tried contacting them through Booking.com and WhatsApp, but my WhatsApp messages are often not replied to at all. To add to this, when we arrived there was no internet available, despite the property being advertised as having Wi-Fi. We therefore had to arrange and pay for our own internet during the stay, which cost us a further AED 500. This was an unexpected additional expense and added even more frustration to the experience. I genuinely hope that one day I will actually see my AED 1,000 deposit returned. It is a significant amount of money to simply lose, especially on top of the additional AED 300 we had to spend because there was no Wi-Fi as advertised. Overall, the lack of communication and the continued delay in returning the deposit have been extremely disappointing.

The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff responded quickly to maintenance issues, but being mov Positive: The apartment was new had everything you need for your stay and they also were very responsive when we had maintenance issues. Negative: The property did not provide cleaning we had to order cleaning ourselves. Also, the property was much smaller than we expected. They changed the location once we arrived saying that the original one we booked was having maintenance issues.
