Excellent location, beautiful apartment, and outstanding service.
Positive: The location was perfect; just a short walk to Dubai Mall with an incredible view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The apartment itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Adam, the property manager, was extremely kind and professional, making check-in and our overall stay smooth and enjoyable.

Low maintenance
Positive: Location & view is good
Negative: The ACs was not cooling at all, and despite calling the staff, no one came to fix it. We were told it's due to poor maintenance, which is really disappointing. We had to suffer through two hot nights without any solution. Definitely not what we expected
